Role description
Responsibilities:
β’ Acts as the go-to expert on the Pricebook components within PDI back-office software.
β’ Analyzes intricate data sets and workflows within back-office platforms to recommend strategic, data-backed improvements.
β’ Extracts, integrates, and evaluates data from back-office systems to support both routine and ad-hoc reporting, ensuring data accuracy and identifying inconsistencies or anomalies.
β’ Oversees end-to-end dashboard development β from sourcing and transforming data to designing and delivering visual reporting tools.
β’ Creates and manages detailed project plans, clearly outlining team responsibilities, objectives, timelines, and adhering to structured project management methodologies.
β’ Works closely with cross-functional partners to gather requirements and craft tailored business solutions.
β’ Drafts business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria for system updates, and performs thorough testing to confirm business objectives are met.
β’ Provides advanced troubleshooting support for issues raised by Merchandising, Operations, Accounting, and IT teams.
Qualifications:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (preferred).
β’ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail, merchandising, or a similar field.
β’ Strong expertise in data tools and platforms such as SQL, Power BI, Databricks, Microsoft Access, MicroStrategy, and Tableau.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
