The Role We're looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Multi-Platform Specialist to take ownership of our online sales across all major marketplaces. You'll be responsible for setting up new platforms from scratch, managing high-volume product catalogues, and converting launches into immediate sales revenue. This is a leadership role where you'll manage our e-commerce assistant and work directly with directors to scale the business. We need someone who understands that online photo quality directly impacts sales and can work with data to drive performance improvements. What You'll Do • Set up and launch new marketplace platforms from scratch, converting them to sales quickly • Manage and optimize product listings across Etsy, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Google Shopping, and social media platforms • Handle high-volume product launches with focus on immediate revenue generation • Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to maximize product visibility • Coordinate with design team to ensure product photography meets online merchandising standards • Manage PPC campaigns and advertising budgets across platforms • Analyze performance data and implement rapid improvements • Lead and train e-commerce team. • Complete implementation and optimization of multichannel management automation systems • Handle platform compliance, account health, and seller performance metrics Who You Are Essential Experience: • 2+ years managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Etsy) with proven sales results not a simple side hustle • Experience with high-volume product catalogues and bulk listing management • Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization • Hands-on management experience with direct accountability for sales performance • Experience with personalized or seasonal products is highly valuable • Shopify store management experience would be a significant advantage • Knowledge of AI implementations for e-commerce optimization is a strong plus • Proven track record of hitting sales targets and KPIs • Comfortable with data analysis and performance metrics to drive decision-making • Self-starter with "get it done" attitude - no hand-holding required We're looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments where priorities can shift quickly, rather than those who prefer traditional office-based management or need extensive time to learn new systems.
