This dual-role position requires someone who is technologically adept, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing E-commerce management, sales support, logistics coordination, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: β€’ Manage E-commerce operations including order processing, inventory updates, product listings, and promotions. β€’ Provide backend support to the sales teamβ€”scheduling, reporting, follow-ups, and documentation. β€’ Handle customer service inquiries related to UK operations, ensuring timely and professional responses. β€’ Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, liaising with suppliers, warehouses, and UK delivery partners. β€’ Ensure accurate inventory management, order dispatch, and smooth supply chain operations. β€’ Generate sales and performance reports, supporting forecasting and strategic planning. β€’ Collaborate across departments to align E-commerce, sales, and operational goals.
