See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview The eCommerce Operations Manager is a strategic and detail-oriented leader in charge of optimizing our digital e-commerce ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing content development, ensuring a seamless online customer experience across all e-commerce platforms, and overseeing the performance and evolution of key digital tools including our Product Information Management (PIM) platform. Essential Functions Content Development & Management • Lead the creation, curation, deployment and optimization of product and marketing content across all e-commerce platforms. • Collaborate with creative, brand, and product teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and business goals. Customer Experience Optimization • Own online customer journey on owned and partner platforms from PDP to conversion. • Identify and implement enhancements to improve usability, engagement, and conversion. • Monitor omni-channel site analytics and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement. • Lead online dealer support through the online reseller program and enforcement through the MAP policy and RUPP/WUPP. Platform Oversight • Oversee the launch, integration, and ongoing maintenance of the Locally platform to support local dealer visibility and sales. • Manage the customer experience ensuring consistency, functionality, and performance. Product Information Management (PIM) • Lead/support the strategy and execution of product data governance within the PIM system. • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all digital touchpoints. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with marketing, sales, category, IT, COE and customer service teams to align e-commerce initiatives with broader business objectives. • Serve as the operational lead for digital projects, launches, and platform enhancements. Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Track KPIs related to content performance, customer experience, and platform health. • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to inform strategy and decision-making. Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or related marine field. • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital content management. • Experience working with large online retailers and local dealerships • Strong understanding of PIM systems, CMS platforms, and e-commerce technologies. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive results. • Demonstrated ability to lead people directly and indirectly across multiple business functions. • Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar. • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $84,500 to $136,000. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
