POSITION SUMMARY We’re looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager who blends performance marketing acumen with strong operational and financial oversight. This role sits at the center of growth, managing everything from paid media execution and CRM systems to inventory planning and P&L ownership. You’ll drive revenue by optimizing customer acquisition and retention while ensuring backend operations support scalable, sustainable growth. OBJECTIVES β€’ Lead and execute paid and organic growth strategies across email, paid media, SEO, content, and partnerships with a focus on ROI β€’ Own and optimize the ecommerce customer journey from ad to checkout, driving conversion and retention β€’ Manage the marketing and inventory P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control β€’ Collaborate with product and supply chain teams to forecast demand, place orders, and manage inventory cycles\\ β€’ Oversee marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, automation systems, and attribution tools to drive visibility and efficiency β€’ Streamline internal processes to accelerate campaign launches while maintaining brand standards β€’ Track and report on key growth metrics, building dashboards that inform strategic decisions β€’ Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to execute campaigns and hit performance targets COMPETENCIES β€’ Proven experience in growth marketing and marketing operations, ideally within e-commerce or consumer goods β€’ Confidence in full financial ownership, including budgeting, reporting, and P&L oversight β€’ Demonstrated ability to order product, manage inventory cycles, and coordinate with supply chain and 3PLs β€’ Strong operational mindset with a bias for process improvement and scalable systems β€’ Highly analytical with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable building reports and financial models β€’ Exceptional project management capabilities, able to lead cross-functional initiatives and meet tight deadlines β€’ Hands-on, team-first operator who thrives on bridging strategy and execution in high-growth environments EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE β€’ 5+years of experience in growth marketing, operations, or hybrid roles within e-commerce or consumer goods β€’ Proven success managing paid media and full-funnel campaigns, focused on performance optimization, attribution, and revenue growth β€’ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GoHighLevel, GA4, and Shopify to execute and scale acquisition strategies β€’ Experience managing CRM systems, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards to support lifecycle marketing and operational efficiency β€’ Direct ownership or contribution to financial reporting, budgeting, and inventory/product operations COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY As an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, we recognize that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
