Role description
Drawdeck is a Dubai-based art consultancy and e-commerce brand, connecting customers with contemporary artwork from talented artists around the world. We specialise in print-on-demand, custom framing, and curated art collections for homes, offices, and hospitality projects. Our mission is simple - make art accessible, inspiring, and seamlessly delivered. We’re looking for a hands-on, results-driven E-commerce & Performance Marketing Lead to own drawdeck’s online growth. This role blends performance marketing, e-commerce optimisation, and creative campaign coordination - you’ll be building and optimising paid campaigns across platforms, driving conversions on our Shopify store, and collaborating with our in-house creative team toward ambitious revenue targets. What You’ll Do 1. Own Paid Media • Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), & TikTok. • Run A/B tests on audiences, creatives, and landing pages to improve ROAS and conversion rates. • Manage budgets and daily pacing to ensure profitable growth. • Deliver performance reports with clear action plans. 1. Optimise the Store & Conversion Journey • Oversee Shopify store performance - product listings, merchandising, and site UX/UI. • Work with the developer to roll out CRO improvements, site tests, and technical fixes. • Ensure landing pages match ad messaging for maximum impact. 1. Lead Campaign Execution • Brief the multimedia designer and videographer for high-performing ad assets. • Align with the social media executive so paid and organic work together. • Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotional pushes. 1. Analyse & Grow • Monitor KPIs: traffic, ROAS, CPA, AOV, conversion rate. • Use GA4, ad platform data, and heatmaps to uncover opportunities. • Develop strategies to boost acquisition, retention, and repeat purchases. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 4+ years in performance marketing and e-commerce growth roles. • Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Shopify, GA4. • Skills: Campaign creation and optimisation, CRO, data analysis, team coordination. • Strong commercial mindset and a track record of delivering profitable growth. • Creative problem-solver who can work fast and pivot based on data.
