Role description

What you should know: We are looking for an E-Commerce Product Coordinator to support our marketing team in managing online product listings at a high volume. This entry-level role is responsible for adding and updating products on our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn more about e-commerce and digital retail. What you will do: • Enter and update product information (titles, descriptions, and images) in Shopify and our in-house inventory platform. • Ensure all product listings are accurate, consistent, and formatted to meet company standards. • Upload and review product images to confirm that they meet company guidelines. • Organize products into the correct categories and collections for easy customer navigation. • Work closely with the marketing team to prepare products for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal launches. • Occasionally, write or edit product copy when vendor-provided content is incomplete. • Perform routine checks to confirm product data matches across various systems. • Provide general support to the e-commerce and marketing teams as needed. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant coursework in marketing, business, or communications preferred. • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus (Training will be provided). • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable with basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms. • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced retail environment. • Photography or graphic design skills are helpful but not required.
