Role description
Location: London (Hybrid – Office & Remote) Salary: £28,000 – £38,000 (DOE) Reports to: Head of E-Commerce / Creative Manager About Us We are a fast-growing online furniture and interiors brand, designing and selling trend-led, affordable, and stylish pieces to customers across the UK, Europe, and beyond. With creativity and innovation at the heart of our business, we’re looking for a detail-driven and creative individual to take ownership of our e-commerce imagery and CGI workflow. The Role As E-Commerce Product Imagery & CGI Coordinator, you will manage the entire lifecycle of product imagery — from CGI renders and photography through to editing, optimisation, and upload. You’ll ensure our website showcases products in the highest quality, consistent with brand standards, while coordinating external partners (CGI artists, photographers, retouchers) and internal teams (marketing, buying, e-commerce). This is a hands-on, creative yet operational role, ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, technical know-how in imagery/CGI, and an interest in interiors. Key Responsibilities • CGI & Image Production • Coordinate and brief CGI suppliers/agencies to deliver photorealistic renders of new products. • Manage image retouching and editing, ensuring consistency across all product categories. • Create/optimise imagery for multiple platforms (website, social, email, marketplaces). • Asset Management • Organise and maintain a library of product images, CGI files, and marketing assets. • Ensure all imagery is correctly named, tagged, and stored for easy access. • Work with e-commerce teams to upload and update imagery in the CMS. • Quality Control • Review all images for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment before upload. • Check product details (colour, fabric, finishes) against samples to ensure accuracy. • Flag and resolve any quality issues with suppliers promptly. • Cross-Team Collaboration • Partner with buying/product teams to align CGI/photography briefs with launch timelines. • Work with marketing to provide imagery for campaigns, press, and social media. • Liaise with warehouse/logistics teams for occasional product shoots if required. Skills & Experience • 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce content, imagery, CGI coordination, or similar role. • Strong knowledge of Photoshop and/or Lightroom (retouching, colour correction). • Experience working with CGI suppliers, or an understanding of CGI workflows. • Familiarity with e-commerce CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar). • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • A passion for interiors, furniture, or homeware is a big plus. What We Offer • Competitive salary (£28k–£38k DOE). • Hybrid working (London HQ + remote flexibility). • Staff discount on all products. • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge creative projects in the interiors industry. • Career progression into visual production or creative management as the business grows.
