We're seeking a detail-oriented and creative Product Listing Specialist to join our Product Department. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining product listings, optimizing content for SEO, editing images, and collaborating across teams to ensure our catalog is accurate, engaging, and easy to navigate. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a knack for writing, and a love for pop culture, this may be the role for you. This is an onsite hourly position working 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our team and our vendors expect timely and accurate communication; therefore, we need very specific and demanding qualifications, skill sets, personal temperament, and performance. Experience • Proven experience using Adobe Photoshop (2025) or similar software • Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Google Docs, chat and file transfer tools • Strong keyboarding and computer skills • Prior experience in product listing, content creation, or eCommerce Responsibilities • Create and update listings using vendor materials and online sources, ensuring accurate categorization and tagging products for searchability. • Write and revise product descriptions, featured highlights and box contents. • Edit product images using Adobe Photoshop 2025, capture and edit photos when stock images are not available. • Make pricing decisions using established guidelines. • Recommend new products and monitor industry trends. • Collaborate internally to resolve listing issues. • Maintain positive vendor relationships. • Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
