Job Title – E-commerce Project Manager with Scrum Master Location – Boston, MA (Onsite) Duration – Long term Note: Target clients are Kohls, E-Bay, Amazon, Target, Staples, Lowes, AEO, RH, Albertson etc.. Job description: Responsibilities • Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 3 plus years in leading planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT programs. • Experience in the Ecommerce domain. • Experienced in Agile methodologies and able to run scrum ceremonies • Should be expert in scrum methodologies, project management. • Strong JIRA knowledge in building & maintaining Scrum Boards & Dashboards. • Work with Ecommerce manager to help him manage backlog and right story creation. • Well versed working with Kanban boards. • Very good in Retail domain knowledge and should have managed minimum 2 to 3 Ecommerce projects. • Should be proficient in creating excel reports and power point presentations for project planning. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Manage project resources, including staff allocation, to optimize productivity and efficiency. • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful outcomes. • Track and report project performance metrics, including key milestones, budget expenditures, and resource utilization.
