GL Staffing is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Sales Manager to oversee and grow our online sales channels. This role involves managing ecommerce strategies, optimizing online marketplaces, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing, sales planning, and team leadership. Salary: $75-$80 K per year Schedule: 9am-5:30pmEmployment Type: Direct Hire Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K Responsibilities: The Ecommerce Sales Manager will develop and implement ecommerce sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Manage online sales platforms, marketplaces, and company website. The Ecommerce Sales Manager analyze sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to enhance customer experience. The Ecommerce Sales Manager will oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions. Monitor KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for sales performance. The Ecommerce Sales Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 3–5+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in consumer health, vitamins, or dietary supplements. Amazon Vendor and seller Central, Shopify and NetSuite/ Channel experience Strong knowledge of online marketplaces, SEO, and digital marketing strategies. Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
