Role description
We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented E-Commerce & Shopify Manager to optimize our online experience, drive subscription, maximize conversion, and build a seamless customer journey. Responsibilities Website & Shopify Management: • Own day-to-day management of our Shopify storefront, ensuring site speed, functionality, and user experience are consistently optimized. • Maintain product catalog, bundles, SKUs, pricing, and promotions. • Manage landing pages and collections, ensuring consistency with brand and marketing campaigns. Conversion Optimization: • Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests across product pages, checkout flows, and landing pages. • Develop data-driven strategies to increase conversion rates, subscription take-rates, and average order value. • Build and optimize bundles, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and subscription experiences. Analytics & Reporting: • Track and analyze KPIs (conversion rate, bounce rate, funnel performance, AOV, etc.) using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and other CRO tools. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Growth and Marketing teams. Collaboration & Execution: • Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Growth teams to launch campaigns, promotions, and new product pages. • Partner with Operations to ensure accurate inventory, product availability, and smooth backend execution. • Manage agency and contractor relationships as needed (developers, CRO specialists, designers). Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience managing Shopify e-commerce websites for a DTC CPG brand. • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, A/B testing, landing page design, and digital funnels. • Proficiency in Shopify, Klaviyo (or similar ESP), Google Analytics, and CRO/heatmap tools (Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.). • Basic HTML/CSS or front-end development skills are a plus. • Strong analytical mindset; able to translate data into actionable insights. • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Passion for health, wellness, and consumer brands is a bonus.
