Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time E-Commerce Specialist. The ideal candidate will reside in South Florida and report into the Pompano Beach, FL corporate office.

Essential Functions:
Data Sharing & Reporting
β’ Ensure accurate and timely distribution of product, pricing, and inventory data between LNS and e-commerce partners.
β’ Maintain consistency in data updates across platforms to support operational efficiency.
β’ Generate and deliver ad-hoc sales and inventory reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.
Product Setup & Maintenance
β’ Coordinate the onboarding of new products to support sales growth and channel expansion.
β’ Validate product attributes, images, and metadata to ensure compliance with e-commerce platform requirements.
β’ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline product setup and reduce time-to-market.
Returns Management
β’ Monitor and resolve product return issues in partnership with customer service and logistics teams.
β’ Analyze return data to identify trends and recommend process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs.
EDI Error Resolution
β’ Identify, investigate, and resolve Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) errors related to orders, invoices, and acknowledgments.
β’ Partner with IT and trading partners to maintain seamless data flow and ensure compliance with EDI standards.
Pricing Updates
β’ Execute scheduled and ad-hoc pricing updates across e-commerce platforms.
β’ Ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with promotional strategies, contractual terms, and margin targets.
Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way.
Required Qualifications:
β’ Excel / Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
β’ Basic data warehouse reporting
β’ Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy
β’ Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Magento)
β’ Understanding of product taxonomy and metadata
β’ Image and content management (e.g., DAM systems)
β’ Project management to coordinate cross-functional tasks
β’ Knowledge of SEO for optimizing product listings
β’ Knowing how to read EDI errors and determine root cause
β’ Problem-solving skills
β’ Experience working with IT teams
β’ Familiarity with order/invoice workflows
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $62,000 to $98,000 annualized. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.
At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidateβs qualifications and the business context.
