Role description
Summary • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented e-Commerce Specialist to join the Spigen Screen Protector Team. This role is ideal for someone who can take initiative and contribute to the end-to-end business planning and execution process, from product development to online sales strategy. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of e-commerce operations, especially within Amazon Seller Central, and a keen interest in product management, logistics, and marketing. Job Duties • Operate and manage the Amazon Seller Central platform effectively • Utilize and apply sales sheets to monitor and optimize performance • Research and coordinate orders with Chinese manufacturers, including Amazon FBA shipment processes • Gain in-depth knowledge of our screen protector product line • Conduct sample testing and identify defects in incoming shipments to prevent incorrect deliveries • Plan and implement advertising strategies within budget to maximize product exposure • Study and analyze relevant Amazon search terms for the screen protector category • Understand how to create shipping queues and manage logistics procedures • Review product development records and defect histories to improve product quality • Collaborate with team members and other departments to complete assigned projects and achieve team goals Skills • Project management skills • Creative problem-solving ability and strategic thinking capability • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders • Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment • Intermediate knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related internet software Requirements • 0-2 years of related experience preferred • Bachelor's degree is required • Korean/English bilingual proficiency with intermediate speaking, writing and advanced understanding skills • U.S. work authorization required • New employees to Spigen Inc, will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.
