About Muenster Pet At Muenster Pet, we’ve been crafting high-quality pet food since 1932, helping dogs live their healthiest, happiest, most tail-wagging lives. We’re passionate about pets, people, and making mealtime simple and nourishing. Now we’re looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to help drive growth across our online storefronts, strengthen customer relationships, and make sure every interaction with Muenster leaves tails wagging. The Role As our Ecommerce Specialist, you’ll take ownership of our direct-to-consumer Shopify store and Amazon Seller Central. You’ll ensure product listings are accurate, inventory is healthy, and customers have a smooth experience from browsing to delivery. You’ll also serve as the voice of the customer—sharing insights, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating across teams to make our ecommerce experience even better. On top of that, you’ll engage with our Instagram community to help nurture connections with pet parents and support our brand presence online. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Denton, TX (8am-5pm) or Muenster, TX (7am-4pm). What You’ll Do • Manage daily operations of our Shopify store and Amazon Seller Central account • Optimize product listings, pricing, and inventory for accuracy and performance • Monitor and process ecommerce orders, returns, and shipping issues • Provide responsive, empathetic customer support across email, chat, and social channels • Serve as the voice of the customer by analyzing feedback, spotting trends, and recommending improvements • Troubleshoot ecommerce issues, escalate when needed, and proactively suggest solutions • Support marketing initiatives like promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns • Engage with our Instagram community through comments, DMs, and mentions to foster connections • Track KPIs such as order volume, return rates, and customer satisfaction, and share insights with the team • Stay current with ecommerce tools, technologies, and best practices to keep us ahead of the pack What We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in ecommerce, customer service, or digital operations • Hands-on experience with Shopify or Amazon Seller Central (both preferred) • Comfortable learning new technologies and systems quickly • A self-starter who takes initiative, thinks critically, and finds solutions • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail • Clear, professional communication skills with a knack for customer engagement • A passion for pets and excitement to be part of a mission-driven company Why Join the Muenster Pack? • Play a key role in growing a fast-moving ecommerce business • Be part of a supportive, pet-loving team that treats every pup like family • Opportunities to expand your skills in ecommerce strategy, customer experience, and digital engagement • Employee discounts on our premium pet food (your dog will thank you with extra tail wags) Your Growth Path This role offers the chance to deepen your ecommerce expertise while shaping the customer journey.
