Job Title: E-commerce Tech. Lead (Spryker) Location: On-site (Philadelphia) Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to support a B2B e-commerce implementation based on the Spryker platform. This is a customer-facing, on-site role requiring close collaboration with client IT and business teams to manage backend API dependencies and drive timely delivery of the solution. Key Responsibilities: • Work on-site with the customer’s IT team to manage technical dependencies involving backend APIs (primarily Oracle systems). • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and clarify requirements. • Support the documentation of requirements and implementation steps. • Coordinate between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. • Assist in the launch of a basic e-commerce journey featuring one product subscription within 3 months. • Provide techno-functional support throughout the implementation lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience: • Experience in B2B e-commerce implementations. • Strong understanding of API integrations, particularly with backend systems like Oracle. • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with both technical and business teams. • Experience in requirement gathering and functional documentation. • Ability to work independently in a client-facing, on-site role. • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
