We are seeking an E-Commerce Trading Manager to drive online sales and optimise the customer journey across all digital channels for a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand. You will own e-commerce performance, manage inventory with the and lead paid media and CRM initiatives to boost revenue and brand visibility.

β’ Lead the e-commerce strategy, aligning with product launches, marketing campaigns, and revenue targets.
β’ Analyse customer behaviour and site performance to optimise conversion rates and drive sales.
β’ Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat) in partnership with agencies.
β’ Own email marketing strategy, including segmentation, A/B testing, and CRM-driven revenue growth.
β’ Manage product content, merchandising, and website performance daily.
β’ Track performance metrics and ROI, providing insights to optimise strategy and influence product roadmaps.
β’ Collaborate across product, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive trading calendar.
