Role description
E-Commerce Trading Manager We are seeking an E-Commerce Trading Manager to drive online sales and optimise the customer journey across all digital channels for a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand. You will own e-commerce performance, manage inventory with the and lead paid media and CRM initiatives to boost revenue and brand visibility. What You’ll Do: β€’ Lead the e-commerce strategy, aligning with product launches, marketing campaigns, and revenue targets. β€’ Analyse customer behaviour and site performance to optimise conversion rates and drive sales. β€’ Plan and execute paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat) in partnership with agencies. β€’ Own email marketing strategy, including segmentation, A/B testing, and CRM-driven revenue growth. β€’ Manage product content, merchandising, and website performance daily. β€’ Track performance metrics and ROI, providing insights to optimise strategy and influence product roadmaps. β€’ Collaborate across product, commercial, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive trading calendar. What We’re Looking For: β€’ Proven e-commerce trading experience in a fashion or lifestyle brand. β€’ Hands-on experience with paid media agencies and CRM/email marketing platforms β€’ Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. β€’ Track record of driving commercial outcomes using KPIs. β€’ Advanced Shopify Plus, Excel, Google Analytics, and digital marketing tool knowledge. β€’ Flexible, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment. β€’ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
