In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving the commercial growth of our European direct-to-consumer (D2C) online platforms. You’ll play a pivotal role in analysing performance, spotting growth opportunities, and working closely with local market teams to deliver ambitious revenue goals. Key Responsibilities β€’ Lead weekly trading calls with European subsidiaries to review performance, track trends, and gain insights into local market activity. β€’ Investigate any performance dips across digital channels, identify underlying causes, and work with regional teams to implement targeted improvement plans. β€’ Deliver weekly performance reports to the Senior Leadership Team, providing clear analysis of trends, key drivers, and recommended actions. β€’ Oversee and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with local teams, focusing on eStore achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities. β€’ Use analytics tools to uncover issues, monitor KPIs, and identify optimisation opportunities. β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across European and local markets. β€’ Contribute to the European SKU Rationalisation program to streamline product offerings. What We’re Looking For β€’ At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce trading, online sales management, or a similar role, ideally in a multi-market environment. β€’ A data-driven mindset and advanced analytical abilities, with a track record of interpreting complex e-commerce metrics (traffic sources, conversion rates, etc.). β€’ Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with business intelligence (BI) tools. β€’ Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to senior stakeholders. β€’ A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of initiatives and thrives in cross-market collaboration.
