Role description
Weβre seeking an experienced eStore Trading Manager to join one of the worldβs most iconic consumer brands. In this role, youβll be at the forefront of driving the commercial growth of our European direct-to-consumer (D2C) online platforms. Youβll play a pivotal role in analysing performance, spotting growth opportunities, and working closely with local market teams to deliver ambitious revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead weekly trading calls with European subsidiaries to review performance, track trends, and gain insights into local market activity.
β’ Investigate any performance dips across digital channels, identify underlying causes, and work with regional teams to implement targeted improvement plans.
β’ Deliver weekly performance reports to the Senior Leadership Team, providing clear analysis of trends, key drivers, and recommended actions.
β’ Oversee and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with local teams, focusing on eStore achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities.
β’ Use analytics tools to uncover issues, monitor KPIs, and identify optimisation opportunities.
β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across European and local markets.
β’ Contribute to the European SKU Rationalisation program to streamline product offerings.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce trading, online sales management, or a similar role, ideally in a multi-market environment.
β’ A data-driven mindset and advanced analytical abilities, with a track record of interpreting complex e-commerce metrics (traffic sources, conversion rates, etc.).
β’ Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with business intelligence (BI) tools.
β’ Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to present data insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
β’ A proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of initiatives and thrives in cross-market collaboration.
