Role description
Are you a tech-savvy Business Analyst/Product Owner who loves turning digital strategy into working solutions? Are you equally comfortable speaking with developers as you are with stakeholders? You’ll serve as the critical link between business needs and technical execution—especially on Salesforce Commerce or other eCommerce platforms (B2B or B2C). We’re looking for someone like you to step into a high-impact role on our Digital Team—partnering directly with business leaders and tech teams to deliver powerful eCommerce solutions. What’s In It for You: Hybrid Schedule: Enjoy work-life balance with 4 days onsite and remote Fridays Comp: Up to $140,000 depending on candidates experience, etc. Wellness-Focused Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision with employer contributions • Healthcare FSA & telehealth options • Paid vacation, sick leave & holidays • Life & AD&D insurance, plus multiple 401(k) plans • Ongoing learning and development programs What You’ll Do: • Act as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring digital initiatives are executed with clarity, purpose, and measurable impact. • Own and maintain the digital product backlog—gathering, refining, and prioritizing features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to keep teams aligned and productive. • Partner with IT leadership to track and drive delivery across multiple digital projects, both onsite and offshore. • Be the voice of the customer in solution design and decision-making. • Support user acceptance testing, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure delivery meets quality and business expectations. • Analyze eCommerce performance (SEO, Google Analytics) and proactively recommend enhancements. • Create clear documentation, conduct demos, and communicate project goals and updates effectively across all levels of the organization. What You’ll Bring: • 5+ years of Business/Technical Analyst experience with a focus on eCommerce platforms. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce or a similar eComm platform. • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience using JIRA and Confluence. • Proven experience in delivering customer-facing digital products, including writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Ability to collaborate across time zones and lead development efforts with offshore teams. • Comfortable analyzing system issues, testing solutions, and driving root cause resolution. • Experience with SEO tools and Google Analytics. • Great presentation and communication skills—you can speak “tech” and “business.” Bonus Points For: • Background in B2B or B2C commerce environments. • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, digital analytics platforms, or headless commerce tools. • Experience leading UAT cycles and documentation for large-scale eCommerce rollouts. • Previous work in industrial distribution or product-based businesses.
