Role description
Great opportunity to join our team as eComm Trading Manager! You will be responsible for building and managing a global trading strategy which achieves sales and KPI targets, showcases the best of brand and product, and elevates and engages our global community of Mountain People. This role forms part of the eCommerce team responsible for crafting digital journeys which inspire, educate and convert our global community of Mountain People. Working alongside multiple departments and stakeholders, the eComm Trading Manager will play an integral role in a rapidly growing, industry-leading D2C channel. Key Responsibilities of the eComm Trading Manager (including but not limited to): • Build and deliver the global trading strategy for the Rab webite, working with teams across the business both in the UK and internationally to achieve KPIs and sales targets • Responsible for delivering an enaging on-site journey which showcases the best of brand and product through elevating key marketing campaigns and brand content alongside an informative and frictionless shopping funnel • Engage and grow our global community of mountain people through helping to develop and manage a membership program to strengthen customer loyalty • Ensure customers in all markets find the right product, first time through developing and managing a regionalised search and merch strategy and ensuring frictionless navigation and filtration of products • Continuous monitoring, analysis and communication of product, stock and site performance to ensure risks and opportunities are highlighted and actions are taken to achieve performance goals • Responsible for continually optimising the customer experience, working alongside the wider eComm team to understand friction points through surveys, analytics and A/B testing before recommending and managing website developments • Support the Head of eComm with annual and in-season forecasts for sales and supporting metrics such as AOV, CR% and traffic • Responsible for briefing seasonal content pages including category, homepage and landing pages, ensuring each meets the needs of the target audience, and supporting the Web Content Coordinator with the delivery of these pages • Collaborate with the CRM and Digital Marketing managers to achieve an engaging, aligned and consistent customer journey across channels • Work alongside the forecasting team to ensure optimal availability in all markets, at all times • Effectively manage, support and mentor the Web Content Coordinator • Work alongside third-party stakeholders to ensure optimisation of Amazon product data and increase sales through our preferred Amazon retailers Interested?
