About The Job
The eCommerce Analyst will play a critical role in driving Qunol’s ecommerce growth through data analysis, insights, and operational reporting. This role supports cross-functional stakeholders with business intelligence, Amazon order validation, budget tracking, and ecommerce media effectiveness. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is passionate about optimizing online performance through data.
Main Responsibilities
• Analyze ecommerce performance data across marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.) and direct-to-consumer platforms to uncover trends, opportunities, and gaps.
• Build dashboards and regular reporting tools to share actionable insights with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
• Provide deep-dive analyses to support strategic decision-making and ecommerce initiatives.
• Monitor and validate Amazon order data to ensure accuracy and integrity across shipments, returns, and chargebacks.
• Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Track and reconcile ecommerce budgets and spending, including retail media, platform fees, and promotional spend.
• Partner with finance and brand teams to develop monthly forecasts and variance analysis.
• Ensure budget pacing aligns with strategic goals and quarterly targets.
• Assist in evaluating the performance of retail media investments (Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, Walmart Connect, etc.).
• Track key KPIs and ROAS across campaigns and identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate with media agencies or internal partners to support campaign planning and post-campaign analysis.
About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, analytics, or digital marketing; experience in CPG or supplements preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) a plus.
• Familiarity with Amazon Vendor or Seller Central platforms, and understanding of retail media analytics.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into compelling insights
