Reporting to the Senior Manager, Ecommerce Analytics, the Ecommerce Analytics Manager will provide actionable insights that support our growth and strategic initiatives. They will be responsible for online sales channels (DTC & Amazon) reporting & analysis, concentrating on leveraging data and learnings to increase revenue, profitability and customer retention efforts. This role reports to the Senior Manager who is based in Switzerland. For this reason, only applicants located in the United States on the Eastern Time Zone will be considered. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role is essential, as is experience working in analytics or growth teams in CPG / DTC brands selling physical products, consumables or hard goods across multiple online sales channels. The Ecommerce Analytics Manager will bring experience and expertise in data analysis and business strategy to help us achieve our growth goals and optimize our customer journey. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in the health and wellness industry, experience specifically within supplements, skincare, and healthy aging products is a significant advantage. What you’ll be doing: Advanced Data Analysis & Predictive Modeling: Proactively identify trends and anomalies within complex ecommerce datasets. Utilize statistical methods and predictive modeling to forecast performance, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities. Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for strategic business decisions. Strategic Performance Measurement & Optimization: Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and their impact on business objectives. Develop sophisticated executive reports, offering analytical interpretations. Multi-touch Attribution Modeling & Optimization: Lead the development and optimization of advanced multi-touch attribution models (Converge & Prescient). Analyze complex customer journeys across online sales channels to quantify the impact of marketing and sales touchpoints on conversions and revenue. Provide deep insights to optimize spend and strategy for maximum ROI. Deep Consumer & Product Insights: Collaborate to execute analytical frameworks for consumer insights. This includes in-depth analysis of customer segmentation, lifetime value (LTV), churn drivers, and purchase behavior across all online sales channels. Proactively identify retention levers and inform product development based on quantitative data. Robust Business Intelligence: Design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions, interactive dashboards, and analytical reports. Support multiple departments with analytical capabilities and data-driven insights. Focus on tools that enable deeper data exploration and hypothesis testing. Cross-Functional Partnership: Serve as the primary analytical partner for cross-functional teams, translating complex business questions into analytical problems. Deliver robust, data-driven solutions. Analytical Innovation: proactively research and implement new analytical tools and processes to enhance data accuracy, analytical depth, and reporting efficiency. Establish stringent data governance standards for data integrity and reliability. Technical: You will have a proven working experience (5 years minimum) in data analysis and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar. ETL, Data modeling, Data Warehousing, Data Quality and/or Process Automation experience will be required. Experience of these preferred platforms: Reporting & Analytics: PowerBI, SQL, Google Analytics (GA4), ERP Business Central. Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, Snowflake, Big Query, SQL, Data Flow. Ecommerce/Digital: Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, Google Ads Manager, META Ads Manager, Tiktok Ads Manager. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as location, experience and qualifications for the role, skillset, and balancing internal equity.
