Role description
Dinny Hall – Awarded Commercial Jewellery Designer of the year in 2025 – is a leading British jewellery brand with stores across London and a fast-growing global web business. Dinny believes that jewellery must be worn, loved and celebrated every day. The brand was established in 1985 and has gone from strength to strength to become known as one of the most high profile and much loved jewellery brands in the UK with 5 stores across London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods as well as a concession in Liberty London. A great newly created role, perfect for a graduate with a passion for all things ecommerce and a love of luxury. This role requires a methodical approach combined with a strong visual eye and love of language to ensure an inspired and consistent approach across our website and our partner platforms. What You’ll Do β€’ Upload and maintain accurate product information, imagery, and pricing across our website. β€’ Support seasonal launches, online campaigns, and promotional activity through website refreshes and optimisations β€’ Coordinate creative assets for the website, homepage, product and collection pages β€’ Respond promptly to live chats within agreed SLAs β€’ Create SEO focused and on brand descriptions and meta descriptions for all products, ensuring the brand tone of voice β€’ Be the key liaison with the design and merchandising teams for all new launches ensuring all new and existing products are online β€’ Ensuring the Product Information Master sheet has all the necessary details to support D2C and online partners β€’ Review any out of stock/ made to order lines β€’ Copy for collection pages, FAQ's and wide site content as required β€’ Assist with pick, pack, and dispatching online orders in busy trading periods such as sale or Black Friday β€’ Support with online partner uploads, imagery and ranging β€’ Cropping of images for online to ensure a consistent online presence β€’ Support in the trading of the website, learning to report on traffic, sales and key performance measures β€’ Support with Ecom photoshoots as required (ordering and sourcing props, organising product) What We’re Looking For β€’ 1+ year of experience in e-commerce or retail (internship or assistant level). β€’ Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for luxury product presentation. β€’ Familiarity with Magento 2, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms (advantageous) β€’ Confident copywriting skills β€’ Experience with Zendesk or similar customer service tools. β€’ Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, confident with data handling. β€’ Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics (GA4), and online trading (training provided). β€’ A proactive, organised, and collaborative mindset β€’ A willingness to learn and passion for Ecom
