About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Ecommerce Assistant / Catalog Specialist to join our team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our ecommerce operations by managing large product catalogs, ensuring data accuracy, and optimizing listings for performance. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, methodical, and has a strong grasp of ecommerce best practices. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage large catalogs of products across multiple categories. Create, edit, and optimize product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and specifications. Perform regular audits of existing product listings to ensure data consistency and completeness. Research product information across manufacturer and distributor websites. Format product content using basic HTML for optimal display and readability. Collaborate with internal teams (content, purchasing, and customer service) to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies. Support bulk imports/exports and SKU management using Excel or Google Sheets. Implement eCommerce best practices related to product taxonomy, SEO, and user experience. Why Join Us?
