Reports to: Senior Ecommerce Executive / Senior Marketing Manager
Location: Brentwood, Greater London (Hybrid - Mon & Fri WFH)

About the Role
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our website and backend operations. This role is ideal for someone organised, proactive, and confident working across Shopify and spreadsheets. This is a junior role, but there’s scope to take ownership of recurring responsibilities as you grow.
Site & Product Maintenance
• Upload and update product listings across Global and Middle East stores
• Support with homepage & merchandising changes for launches and campaigns
• Manage SKUs and ensuring product tagging and naming is consistent
• Working with third-party apps to streamline UX (e.g. early access, exclusive visibility)
• Adjusting, editing Product Variations including colour
• Applying product-level discounts or visibility settings when needed
• Keeping returns messaging and site FAQs up to date
Operational Support
You’ll help the Senior Ecommerce Executive with ongoing projects such as:
• Assisting with multi-location inventory logic and fulfilment workflows in Shopify
• Supporting retail-store integrations and troubleshooting POS setup
• Assisting with A/B test reporting and performance tracking
• Helping refine the checkout journey (e.g. CVR, EU customs clarity)
• Reviewing backend comms logic (returns, taxes, etc.)
You’ll Need:
• 1 year+ experience in Ecommerce, and Retail Operations
• Understanding of Shopify (Shopify Plus is a bonus)
• Solid Google Sheets | Slides skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working across teams and updating multiple site regions
• A flexible mindset, priorities can shift fast
