POSITION SUMMARY Lyssé is seeking a dynamic and creative E-Commerce Associate to support the Director of Digital Marketing & E-Commerce across digital content creation, campaign strategy, and operational execution. This brand-facing role serves as a connective tissue between e-commerce, creative, and marketing functions, helping to bring the Lyssé brand to life across social media, email, web, and retail channels. You’ll be both a right brain and left brain thinker: combining technical savvy with an editorial eye to ensure every touchpoint reflects our elevated, fashion-forward voice. This position plays a key role in shaping the digital expression of the brand across all platforms and customer segments, primarily DTC – eCommerce, but may peripherally support wholesale Majors and boutique partners where cross-functionally needed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Brand Content & Digital Storytelling • Partner on the ideation and execution of digital content across website, social media, SMS, and email that captures the essence of the Lyssé New York woman and communicates our seasonal narratives. • Assist in crafting product copy, campaign messaging, SMS content, and landing page assets that reflect brand tone, drive engagement, and inspire conversion. • Upload, link, and merchandise creative assets across site and marketing channels with a strategic eye for editorial flow and user journey. • Collaborate with design, creative, and merchandising teams to curate assets from campaigns, lookbooks, and seasonal shoots. E-Commerce Site Management & Technical Support • Own daily backend operations of the e-commerce platform (Shopify), including product setup, pricing, tagging, merchandising, and quality control. • Manage promotional activations, markdowns, inventory adjustments, and homepage refreshes with attention to detail and UX optimization. • Liaise with developers and vendors to implement site enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support CRO testing initiatives (e.g., Rebuy, Beam, A/B tools). • Contribute to ongoing improvements in SEO, site speed, and search functionality in partnership with digital leadership. Performance Marketing & Analytics • Track and interpret key performance metrics across email, SMS, product sales, and site traffic to drive content optimization and marketing ROI. • Support digital campaign reporting and seasonal recaps, delivering insights on customer behavior and creative performance. • Assist with budget tracking, sell-through analysis, and e-commerce inventory forecasting. Cross-Channel Marketing Support • Ensure consistent brand expression across all customer touchpoints—including boutiques, department stores, and DTC by supporting content syndication. • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure alignment between e-commerce marketing and partner promotions. • Contribute to digital efforts, such as seasonal line sheet creation, lookbook development, and company support assets. Collaboration & Project Ownership • Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to balance technical needs with creative storytelling. • Maintain an organized digital asset library and support brand consistency across all platforms. • Proactively bring forward ideas and opportunities for brand enhancement, operational improvement, or customer experience lift. REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, fashion, or a related creative or business discipline. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify or comparable e-commerce platforms, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle brand environment. • Strong familiarity with Google Analytics and digital performance metrics. • Experience in the fashion, beauty, or consumer lifestyle industry strongly preferred. Technical & Platform Proficiency • Working knowledge of Shopify, including product setup, merchandising, inventory, and promotions. • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms; familiarity with SMS tools and customer journey automation. • Understanding of SEO, basic A/B testing, and CRO strategies. • Comfortable with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google), campaign setup, and creative asset coordination. • Basic understanding of digital design systems and content management workflows.
