Job Summary:
Tommy Hilfiger is one of the worldβs most recognized global lifestyle brands, and they are seeking an Ecommerce Business Analyst to join their North America Ecommerce team. This role will identify opportunities and recommend tactics to drive demand and conversion, supporting the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence through data analysis and visualization.
Responsibilities:
β’ Analyze online sales data to identify trends and patterns to help improve performance, engagement and conversion.
β’ Generate and share dashboards, reports, and KPIs to enable the Ecommerce team to drive business decisions and strategies.
β’ Own the data analysis and reporting for the Tommy Canada website, and/or other segments of the TH North America eCommerce business as directed by the Senior Manager.
β’ Analyze competitive insights and benchmarks, to design and drive optimization plans within the Ecommerce team.
β’ Support cross-functional teams by building and maintaining consistent dashboard models around site search, shopping page optimization, site personalization, user journeys and A/B testing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
β’ Bachelorβs degree
β’ 0-2 years in data analytics
β’ 1+ years of E-commerce experience is a plus but not required
β’ Understand of retail math and E-commerce KPI application, digital sales and traffic behavior
β’ Adept and comfortable working with large data sets
β’ Ability to work independently and in a team environment
β’ Skilled at translating data analyses into actionable business opportunities
β’ Experience with independently learning new systems and software
β’ Advanced Microsoft Office products β Excel (Advanced), Word, PowerPoint (Intermediate+)
β’ Experience with Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytic
β’ Logical and thoughtful in approach and influential in presenting solution options
β’ Team player with strong collaboration skills
β’ Good written, verbal and non-verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
β’ Excellent problem-solving skills, particularly with regard to anticipating and solving issues or concerns before they occur or become critical
β’ Must be a self-starter who is flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
