Role description
I'm recruiting for an established company in the premium home and bath sector. We’re looking for an Ecommerce Category Manager to own and propel performance across key durable goods categories; tubs, vanities, faucets, shower systems, sinks, and more. You’ll play a pivotal role in developing category strategy, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and aligning operations with cross-functional teams to scale performance across Amazon, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and DTC. The Role: β€’ Lead vendor sourcing, onboarding, and negotiation β€’ Manage supplier performance across cost, lead time, and product reliability β€’ Own trading: pricing, promotions, content, SEO, reviews, and conversion optimization β€’ Use Excel and analytics to drive decisions on sales, stock, and strategy β€’ Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and product teams to deliver category growth You Need: β€’ Experience in category management or senior buying, particularly in durable goods β€’ Hands-on eCommerce experience, ideally on Amazon Seller Central β€’ Excellent Excel and data analysis skills β€’ Proven vendor management capabilities end-to-end β€’ Experience with bathroom/kitchen fixtures is a plus
