Job Introduction We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Channel Assistant to join our Ecommerce team. This role will be assisting our Ecommerce Channel Manager with a variety of administrative duties to onboard products and optimise the trading of our online retail partners. Although this role is administrative based, it would be a great opportunity to learn more about Superdry product, Ecommerce and how we make merchandising decisions for our online channel retailers. This role will suit someone who is interested in fashion retail and who is driven, proactive and has a can do attitude. This role will involve supporting on several marketplaces and projects at any one time, therefore the successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritise and work well in a busy environment. Main Responsibilities β€’ Facilitate the introduction of new season products into our online retail partners portfolio. This will include uploading data and images of the relevant product β€’ Highlight and resolve any errors which prevent a product from launching, collaborating with our Product Content team & onboarding partner to resolve β€’ Find and rename imagery to meet the requirements of Partners β€’ Coordinate with our photo studio team to ensure we have all required imagery to upload β€’ Prepare data sheets with relevant product information, including price and description β€’ Report the daily and weekly KPI’s, including the number of products we have with each of our online retailers and the sales revenue achieved β€’ Manage orders- ensuring that all orders are updated correctly with the relevant tracking information β€’ Ensure our brand is well represented on the partner site, updating brand stores and assets accordingly β€’ Build a strong relationship with the Online Partner & attend regular calls with them β€’ Understand the partner logistics requirements and work closely with the logistics team to ensure SLA’s are met β€’ Continuously review our partner sites to look for trading opportunities and ensure the very best representation of the brand The Ideal Candidate β€’ Adept with different IT systems and software; experienced in Microsoft Excel β€’ Passionate about fashion retail and want to work in Ecommerce β€’ Extremely organised and able to prioritise workload effectively β€’ Proactive, collaborative and detail oriented with strong communication skills β€’ Comfortable working in a fast paced environment, react well to change β€’ Comfortable with numbers and managing a lot of data
