Quest Search and Selection is on the lookout for a digitally driven and enthusiastic eCommerce Coordinator to join their dynamic digital team. Role and Responsibilities of this eCommerce coordinator role-
β’ Oversee daily operations of the eCommerce site, ensuring product listings, content, and merchandising are accurate and aligned with brand guidelines.
β’ Track and analyse key performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and website traffic to support strategic trading decisions.
β’ Collaborate closely with design and marketing teams to update seasonal content, manage product uploads, and optimise website content using Magento.
β’ Craft compelling, SEO-friendly product descriptions that reflect the brandβs tone and enhance visibility.
β’ Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to manage stock levels and ensure a smooth customer experience.
β’ Contribute to the execution of the CRO and UX improvement roadmap, supporting initiatives to boost conversion and enhance user journeys.
β’ Stay updated on competitor activity and use tools like Google Analytics to offer insights that refine digital strategy and content.
Qualifications required for this eCommerce coordinator role-
β’ 1-2 years of experience in a similar eCommerce or trading role, preferably in a direct-to-consumer (B2C) setting.
β’ Strong commercial awareness and understanding of online customer behavior and performance indicators.
β’ Excellent attention to detail, with strong communication and organisational skills.
β’ A proactive team player with a growth mindset and interest in digital trends.
β’ Comfortable using Magento (or similar CMS) and confident with tools like Google Analytics.
