Position Summary
The LAGOS Ecommerce Coordinator must be a high-energy team player who can think strategically and use their knowledge of Ecommerce, Digital Marketing & Project Management to execute all site updates per the Digital cadence. The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for building and deploying seasonal and evergreen Shopify pages. The Ecommerce Coordinator will work closely with the Ecommerce Manager on execution of the digital linking strategy across channels. They will run all search reporting for the department and report back findings to optimize on-site search functionalities. The Ecommerce Coordinator will own all on-site testing to rectify customer pain-points and ensure the site is fully optimized. They will have a passion for current digital trends and possess strong business acumen.

Essential Functions
• Site Content & Page Management – Build and deploy homepages, gift guides, collection pages, and key landing pages updates in Shopify, ensuring assets are accurate, functional, and on brand.
• Navigation & Merchandising – Maintain and update top navigation, mobile navigation, and product listing pages with banners, shoppable content, and seasonal categories to support key marketing and product stories.
• Monthly Exclusive Launches – Own the planning and execution of monthly product drops by managing the launch calendar, coordinating timelines, and partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless, on-brand releases.
• Creative Briefing – Develop and submit briefs for key landing pages, shoppable lookbooks, inline banners, and site enhancements to guide creative and cross-functional partners. Partner closely with Manager and Director to ensure briefs align with key marketing moments and product stories throughout the site.
• SEO & Search Optimization – Monitor site search performance, manage redirects, and conduct keyword research to support weekly SEO optimizations, blog content, and search experience.
• A/B Testing & Personalization – Assist E-Commerce Manager in planning and executing A/B tests to enhance customer experience and conversion.
• Site Health & QA – Conduct daily site testing to confirm accuracy and functionality, resolving 404 errors, broken links, or product updates to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Analytics & Reporting – Provide weekly reporting on homepage performance, landing page sessions, and search trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Project Coordination – Manage digital updates and tasks in Asana, ensuring clear communication and alignment across Ecommerce, Creative, and Marketing teams.
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Shopify experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in Ecommerce, preferably within the luxury or fine jewelry industry.
• Highly organized.
• Experience with website functionalities.
• Understanding of site merchandising strategies and tools; experience with platforms such as Algolia or Search spring a plus.
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; autonomous.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task with a strong customer-focus.
• Proactive problem-solving skills & highly organized.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
