THE ROLE
Wip is looking for an eCommerce Coordinator to support our growing affiliate program. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who is passionate about social media, influencer culture, and building relationships online. You’ll help identify and connect with emerging creators, support community engagement, and play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across platforms.
This position is ideal for someone who’s curious, creative, and eager to learn the ins and outs of affiliate marketing and the creator economy. You’ll work closely with our eCommerce, marketing and brand teams and gain real experience with outreach, partnerships, and campaign support. If you're passionate about social media, love the creator economy, and can craft a DM that gets attention, this is for you!
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify affiliate partners across TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms
• Send personalized outreach messages via DMs, email, and affiliate platforms
• Assist with onboarding new affiliates and making sure they have what they need to succeed
• Help manage and engage our affiliate community via Discord, social, and email
• Track affiliate performance and highlight top partners for deeper collaboration
• Contribute to campaigns, contests, and reporting efforts
• Stay on top of influencer and affiliate marketing trends, and share what you’re seeing
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• At least 1 year of post-internship experience working on projects related to the creator economy, marketing, or e-commerce in a consumer-facing brand environment (CPG, retail, sports, lifestyle, or DTC)
• Strong written communication and people skills. You know how to connect online
• Passion for social media, influencer culture, and building community
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Discord
