About The Role Please note this is a 12-month FTC. You will support the eCommerce Manager in delivering smooth and impactful product launches and performance initiatives on CT.com. This role is hands-on and execution-focused, helping to coordinate product setups, track performance, manage stock-related tasks, and support key campaigns and commercial events. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and play a key role in ensuring operational excellence. As an eCommerce Coordinator, Product you will β€’ Execute the launch of new products and bundles on the website and app, including QA checks (with support from Coordinator colleagues as needed) β€’ Coordinate launch readiness across teams, managing checklists and timelines, and maintaining calendars and documentation β€’ Brief content and UX teams with clear rationale and requirements for product launches β€’ Track and manage ancillary stock (e.g., gift wrap, seasonal items) and samples in partnership with operations β€’ Assist in preparing and updating product forecasts, including compiling summaries for internal stakeholders β€’ Monitor and report on product and category performance, pulling weekly reports and supporting data analysis β€’ Contribute to post-launch and campaign wrap-ups by gathering insights and sharing thoughts β€’ Help manage and optimise the bundle strategy to drive cross-sell and average order value β€’ Run the operations of our review platform ensuring timely briefs and send outs, share thoughts on improvements with Manager. Own auditing reviews ensuring themes are picked up on and shared for action β€’ Track competitor activity, gifting trends, and innovation to support strategic planning β€’ Support the eCommerce Manager in project managing major commercial events like Cyber Week and Summer Sale β€’ As needed - support promotional setup and merchandising updates or QA Who You Will Work With Reporting into the eCommerce Manager, Product About You β€’ Confident with eCommerce tools (EP) β€’ Previous experience in Excel and Microsoft Suite for reporting β€’ Comfortable with software such as Looker or Google Analytics β€’ Highly organised with strong attention to detail β€’ Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities β€’ Passion for the beauty industry Charlotte Tilbury is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where nimble mindsets, striving to deliver the best and wanting to be part of a global #dreaamteam are key.
