Role description
Salary range: £27k - £35K per annum Position Purpose The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the TONI&GUY ecommerce platform. This role ensures that the online store is accurate, up to date, and optimised for sales, working closely with internal teams to execute campaigns, maintain product content, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience. This position requires previous ecommerce experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will act as the in house contact point for the internal team on ecommerce operational matters. Key Responsibilities Website & Product Management • Update and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, and imagery on Shopify Plus. • Update Homepage, Landing pages and collections to reflect current campaigns or requests from 3rd party brands. • Schedule and execute promotional campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches. • Ensure website content meets brand guidelines and is consistent across categories. • Liaise with purchasing team to ensure products and GWP’s are added or removed from Shopify in a timely manner. • Create reports for weekly meetings, promotional campaigns and ad hoc requests Campaign & Content Coordination • Coordinate with marketing, design, and operations teams to deliver ecommerce activities on time. • Lead our email marketing activity by briefing and uploading content in Klaviyo as well as managing the email marketing calendar. • Liaise with relevant teams to source assets and copy for new product or campaign launches. • Work with 3rd party brands to align promotional material and times. Collaboration & Communication • Serve as the daily contact for ecommerce-related ad hoc queries from internal teams. • Work with the design team to ensure all online visuals are on-brand and optimised for web. • Share insights and recommendations to improve ecommerce processes. Key Skills & Experience Essential: • Proven experience in an ecommerce and marketing role within retail, beauty, fashion, or a related sector. • Proficient in Shopify, Shopify Plus and Klaviyo. • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4). • Experience with UX analysis tools such as Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity. • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Desirable: • Photoshop or equivalent design software skills. • Experience working with premium or fashion-forward brands. Working Relationships • Internal: Marketing, Design, Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, Senior Management. • External: Third-party suppliers, digital agencies, and platform partners.
