Role description
We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial person to join our fast growing team within Smile Group Giveaways as an Ecommerce / CRM Executive with scope to grow beyond this as the business continues to grow and expand. This is an immensely exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to gain a hands-on understanding of how to run a successful business from the ground up and requires someone with an ability to work in a fast paced environment. Smile Group Giveaways is focused on giveaways and raffle competitions across the Luxury, Tech, Gaming and in future, car spaces. Having run now for the past 5 years and with growth in the last 2 of over 400% this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in an exciting business space. You will be responsible for the Ecommerce administration across our 2 websites of Gaming Giveaways and Midas Competitions, alongside assisting the Marketing Manager in, and in future developing email and SMS plans. The ideal candidate would be someone that is entrepreneurial and ambitious in nature with a positive attitude to learning, ability to work independently at times. Any experience already within any ecommerce or an office environment will be seen as a plus for any candidate. We are a highly flexible and entrepreneurial business - so thinking outside of the box and coming up with creative ideas is welcomed. Key responsibilities • Undertaking daily ecommerce tasks such as product setups in order to ensure the smooth running of the brand. • Creation and development of the CRM and Email section of the business in order to improve the efficiency of this area. • Continually review operations and processes and suggest improvements. Assist in the ideation and implementation of improvements to the business in order to help growth. • Assisting the wider team in content development, website development and helping to make processes more efficient to drive incremental gains. Core skills • An ability to absorb information and have a keen interest in learning the different channels which make a successful ecommerce business. • Strong organisational skills in order to juggle the various moving components of the ecommerce world. • An assertive and enthusiastic team player, who is confident and articulate. • Detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced and varied role. • Strong literacy and numeracy skills • Previous experience in an online retail/ Ecommerce related administrative role is preferred Salary - Between £25,000 to £29,000 Location - You would need to be able to commute to the office most days.
