Job Details : Job Title: ECOMMERCE and CUSTOMER MARKETING LEAD JobType : Contract (9 months) Pay: $32/hour - $36/hour Position Summary: The eCommerce and Customer Marketing Lead will play a critical role within the North American Sales Organization. This contractor will support the Strategic Accounts and Growth Channels leadership team initially, then transition to managing the Grocery Wholesale area. The individual will oversee marketing budget management and lead strategic annual planning for key retail drive periods. Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions: Team Leadership & People Development • Lead and develop a team of 5–6 team members (Analyst to Senior Manager level). • Foster professional growth and share success stories and best practices across the team. Strategic Planning & Execution • Develop strategies to drive market share and monitor current performance. • Lead annual planning for key campaigns and retail events. • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for: • Business Unit (BU) Leadership • National Omni Team Customer & Sales Enablement • Support Joint Business Planning (JBP), Joint Value Planning (JVP), and Key Value Planning (KVP) efforts. • Provide training and resources to Field Sales Teams on eCommerce sales tactics. • Cascade budgets and goals to Senior Managers and Managers. Analytics & Reporting • Support Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (MBR/QBR). • Deliver Retail Media Network monthly reports and QBRs. • Lead campaign and test & learn recaps per customer. • Monitor and share performance insights across: • Availability • Digital content • Share of search Qualifications & Required Skills: Experience: • Background in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or similar. • Experience with eCommerce, sales, marketing, media, category planning, or analytics. Technical Proficiency: • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office. • Comfortable with business intelligence tools such as: • IRI • Spark • Reveal • Tableau • Budget Management tools Communication & Leadership: • Strong oral and written communication, reporting, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to influence leadership through data storytelling and insights. • Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Additional Skills: • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Builds strong internal and external relationships based on trust and credibility.
