The Company
This fast-growing D2C brand has recently launched a centralised data platform and is scaling its analytics capability to support rapid growth. With a strong focus on marketing performance, this is a great opportunity to join a data team that is integral to driving commercial decisions across the business.
The Role
As an Ecommerce Data Analyst, you will partner with both influencer and performance marketing teams to provide actionable insights, streamline reporting, and drive data-led decision making. You’ll take ownership of reporting processes, build dashboards, and deliver recommendations that directly impact marketing performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain dashboards in ThoughtSpot (or similar tools).
• Support marketing teams with data cleaning, reporting, and automation of manual processes.
• Write SQL queries in Snowflake to extract and manipulate data.
• Provide insights into campaign performance across paid social and influencer activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and marketing effectiveness.
Your Skills & Experience:
• Strong SQL skills (essential).
• Experience working with marketing or ecommerce data.
• Dashboarding experience (ThoughtSpot, Looker, Tableau, or similar).
• Commercial understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, attribution, ROAS).
• Exposure to Snowflake/DBT is a plus.
• Experience in high-growth D2C or ecommerce environments is desirable.
