📈Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager 🛍️Luxury Fragrance Brand ⏳12 Month FTC (Maternity Cover) 📍London (3 days office based) 💵£50,000 - £70,000 We are working with a Luxury Fragrance brand in London to help them hire for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager on a 12-month FTC. They have a growing global presence with x3 Shopify sites (UK, US, EU) and they are now entering an exciting transition period. This is a high-impact opportunity to blend strategy, creativity, and performance! Please note, this is an urgent role that will require someone who can start in Sept or before! About the role: • Manage three Shopify sites, optimising UX, CRO and trading performance • Take full ownership of Meta Ads campaigns in house • Oversee the agency relationship for PPC, SEO and affiliates • Lead CRM and loyalty execution (Klaviyo), including SMS and weekly email calendars • Brief designers, run analytics, and track performance metrics (ROAS, AOV, conversion etc.) • Collaborate with creative, ops and senior stakeholders on campaigns and launches About You: • 3-5 years’ experience in Ecommerce or Digital Marketing • Experience working in DTC Beauty, Lifestyle or Luxury brands • Hands on experience with Meta Ads • Confidence using Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 or similar tools • Proactive and comfortable rolling your sleeves up and getting stuck in • Good trading, CRO and website optimisation experience is a bonus Apply now or send your CV directly to laura@3searchgroup.com 📩
