Role description
eCommerce Executive Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid) Salary: Competitive Type of Contract: Permanent We're on the lookout for an eCommerce Executive to join our fantastic DTC team at our Global HQ in Newcastle upon Tyne! As the eCommerce Executive you will be responsible for ensuring product content is optimised for discoverability, conversion, and brand consistency across all digital shelves. This will include retailer websites, marketplaces (e.g., Amazon), and owned DTC platforms. You will act as the bridge between content creation and local market needs, briefing the content team and working closely with regional marketing and trade to ensure best-in-class eCommerce execution. What you will be doing: • Lead the briefing process for product content (copy, images, video, rich media) across digital shelves • Define content requirements by channel (e.g. Amazon, retailer sites, brand.com) and region • Ensure all product listings meet best practices for SEO, conversion, and retailer compliance • Partner with regional marketing teams to align on campaign and brand priorities • Monitor competitor and category performance to identify gaps and opportunities • Audit live content regularly and coordinate updates across global platforms • Collaborate with eCommerce and digital trade teams to align on commercial objectives What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job: • Experience in eCommerce, digital content, or online merchandising • An understanding of digital shelf optimisation and eRetailer requirements • Experience working with content management and syndication tools (e.g., Salsify, ChannelAdvisor) • Project management and stakeholder coordination skills • Familiarity with Amazon standards, GS1 data, and SEO principles If this sounds like an exciting opportunity for you, please apply online.
