Ecommerce Executive | South Manchester | Fashion Retailer | Salary up to £35k
An established fashion retailer is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Executive to join their growing digital team. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering best-in-class online experiences, driving sales performance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the website. The Ecommerce Executive will work closely with trading, marketing, and creative teams to optimise site performance and deliver seamless customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and delivery of the online trading calendar, ensuring promotions, campaigns, and launches go live on time.
• Manage daily website content updates, including product listings, imagery, and copy, while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Monitor site performance and user journeys, flagging issues and working with internal teams or external partners to resolve quickly.
• Contribute to the optimisation of conversion rates through merchandising, navigation, and content improvements.
• Support digital marketing activity by aligning onsite execution with wider campaigns across email, paid media, and social.
• Use data and analytics tools to provide regular reporting on sales performance, customer behaviour, and product trends.
• Work collaboratively with buying, merchandising, and creative teams to ensure the site reflects commercial priorities and brand standards.
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in an eCommerce, digital trading, or online merchandising role, ideally within retail or fashion.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using CMS platforms and analytical tools such as Google Analytics.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to drive online sales through content, merchandising, and promotions.
