ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executive to support our Ecommerce Manager across key growth channels. This role will play an integral part in managing and optimising our Shopify store, CRM activity, affiliate partnerships, and paid media campaigns.
The Ecommerce Executive will also contribute to on-site content and SEO initiatives, helping to deliver a seamless and high-performing online experience for our customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the day-to-day management of our Shopify store, ensuring products, promotions, and content are accurate and optimised.
• Assist in CRM campaign planning and execution, including segmentation, email workflows, and reporting on performance.
• Work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to support performance marketing activity across Meta, Google Ads, and Affiliate channels.
• Help maintain and update on-site content, supporting brand campaigns, merchandising, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/agencies to deliver campaigns on time and to budget.
• Track, measure, and report on key ecommerce and marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.

You are a commercially minded, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced ecommerce environment. You have a solid foundation in digital marketing and online retail, and you’re eager to build on your expertise by working across multiple growth-driving channels. You’re highly organised, comfortable working with data, and have a genuine interest in ecommerce and performance marketing.
ESSENTIALS
• 2+ years of experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role, ideally within a consumer brand or agency environment.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify (essential).
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms and email marketing best practices.
• Working knowledge of performance marketing channels including Meta, Google, and Affiliates.
• Familiarity with on-site content management and SEO principles.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
• A proactive, can-do mindset and a willingness to learn.
