Role description
We're working with an exciting brand who are looking to recruit a confident and motivated Ecommerce Assistant to join their award-winning growing team. Based in Norwich this company offers progressive opportunities, a great office environment, and benefits and hybrid working; The Role: Ecommerce Assistant Responsible for maintaining all functional aspects of UK and European websites on a day-to-day basis. This will include ensuring that normal operational functions continue as expected as well as maintaining the product catalogue and front-end user experience to standards. Any issues that occur should be investigated and resolved through knowledge of the website operations and with direct manager. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Own the e-commerce strategy: Analyze trends, optimize product pages, and develop data-driven tactics to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. • Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns with the Marketing Executive and email marketing to engage and convert dance enthusiasts. • Analyse website traffic, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance. • Manage product databases so that web information is up to date & correctly priced. • Website Enhancements. Manage and appropriately test any ongoing website enhancements • Working with internal staff and supporting technology partners for successful implementations of new initiatives or features. • Operational Assurance for Customer Order Processing. • Orders Correctly Sent to ERP & WMS Systems • To deal with ECOMM enquiries, orders, and deliveries at best cost for the company whilst keeping the customer clearly informed as necessary. • Providing delivery dates • Managing back orders • Investigating complaints Why You? Previous experience with Web CMS Platform Magento highly preferred • Microsoft Excel proficient • Experience with an eCommerce business that shipped physical goods • Familiarity with ERP systems a plus What's in it for you?
