From coffee beans and fresh fruit to snack boxes, milk, alternatives, cereals, beer and wine, we supply an ever-growing range of products to some of London’s most iconic buildings and businesses, always with reliability and convenience at the heart of what we do. The Role As our business continues to grow, we’re now looking for a hands-on and creative eCommerce & Social Media Executive to manage our online presence. This role combines the day-to-day running of our WordPress/WooCommerce online store with ownership of our social media content and campaigns. You’ll be the go-to person for making sure our products look great online, are easy to buy, and are showcased to the right audiences. Key Responsibilities E-Commerce (WordPress/WooCommerce): • Maintain and update product listings (adding, removing, and optimising content). • Upload product photos, descriptions, pricing, and stock details. • Take high-quality product photos and edit them for web and social use. • Monitor and update site content, banners, promotions, and categories. • Track website performance Social Media & Content: • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other channels. • Produce photography, short videos, and graphics to showcase products and brand stories. • Manage community interactions, comments, and messages in a timely, brand-appropriate way. • Support campaign planning for product launches, seasonal activity, and events. General: • Work with the wider team to ensure products, pricing, and promotions align with business goals. • Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements. • Provide basic analytics reports (sales, traffic, engagement). Skills & Experience • Previous experience managing an e-commerce platform (WordPress/WooCommerce). • Strong photography and photo-editing skills (e.g. Adobe Photoshop/Lightroom/Canva). • Confident with social media platforms and scheduling tools. • Strong eye for design, detail, and brand consistency. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Bonus: basic knowledge of SEO and paid social ads. What We’re Looking For: Someone with a mix of creativity and organisation: comfortable behind the camera, confident posting on social, and reliable when it comes to keeping the online store accurate and up-to-date.
