The eCommerce Experience Manager will manage the eCommerce experience. They will be responsible for analysing behavioural data and customer feedback to identify improvements that can be made to the eCommerce customer experience on cytiva.com. They will work closely with the IT and UX teams to launch experiments and enhancements. Additionally, they will execute the eCommerce product listing strategy to ensure that all products that should be web buyable are available.
This role reports to the eCommerce Marketing Leader and is part of the eCommerce team.
Responsibilities
β’ Own and drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) on Cytivaβs online store through structured experimentation, data analysis, and customer feedback loops.
β’ Collaborate with IT, UX, and digital teams to implement enhancements that improve the performance of the online store and self-service tools.
β’ Analyse user behaviour and identify friction points using tools like Mouseflow and Google Analytics to inform prioritisation of improvements.
β’ Partner with Product Managers to identify and onboard new products for online purchasing, expanding the digital catalogue.
β’ Lead the eCommerce feedback strategy, creating scalable ways to gather, analyse, and act on customer feedback to improve digital experiences.
β’ Work with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to optimise product page content, layout, and features to drive more eCommerce actions.
β’ Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring that insights from the digital journey influence cross-functional priorities and improvements.
β’ Track and report on KPIs related to site engagement, conversion, and tool adoption, making data-driven recommendations for growth.
