• We work with select brands on both service and profit-share/equity models, combining human-led strategy with AI-powered execution to drive profitable growth.
• You’ll be joining a lean, high-performing team where your financial analysis directly influences how we price, scale, and optimize eCommerce brands.

• You’ll own P&Ls, reconciliations, and cash flow forecasting across multiple Shopify brands.
• You thrive in scenario modeling, testing pricing strategies, discount structures, shipping thresholds, and acquisition costs to forecast impact on margins and profitability.
• You don’t just report numbers, you connect financial data with marketing and operations, highlighting risks, opportunities, and growth levers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Build and maintain P&Ls, cash flow forecasts, and contribution margin analyses across eCommerce brands.
• Reconcile COGS, marketing spend, Shopify order data, and accounting records in QuickBooks.
• Analyze LTV, CAC, and margins to guide growth decisions and ensure profitability targets are met.
• Evaluate pricing strategies, promotions, and shipping offers, modeling their impact on unit economics.
• Identify underperforming products, channels, or offers and recommend actionable improvements.

• Technical proficiency in QuickBooks, Shopify Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to run “what-if” scenario modeling and forecasting for pricing, shipping, and acquisition strategies.
• Proven track record of turning financial data into strategic recommendations that improved profitability.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
