Role description
SUMMARY: Responsible for accurately processing E-Commerce customer orders, ensuring precise data entry and exceptional customer service. Assist data analysts to acquire product information to expand E-Commerce product offerings and gather sales, rankings, customer reviews and evaluate other competitive sales outlets. Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Accurately process eCommerce orders across various platforms. • Provide exceptional customer service. • Utilize software programs to expedite the acquisition and accuracy of data. • Expedite the growth of eCommerce sales. • Acquire product information to grow Wheeler Fleet Solutions’ presence in other eCommerce markets. • Conduct market research to validate pricing strategies. • Gather sales, rankings, customer reviews and evaluate other competitive sales outlets. • Attend meetings and/or calls with eCommerce customers. • Assist data analysts as needed to support eCommerce growth. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements • High School Diploma or GED and, • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. • Experience in a Customer Service Role. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel). • Ability to problem solve and attention to detail. • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. • Prior hands-on experience with automotive product installation and relevant knowledge.
