Position Overview: MakarttPro is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated eCommerce Intern to assist in managing and growing our Direct-to-Consumer website and TikTok Shop. Youβll gain hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, and customer engagement while contributing directly to MakarttProβs success.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Support the daily management and upkeep of the MakarttPro DTC website, including product listings, inventory updates, and content updates.
β’ Assist with the setup, execution, and moderation of livestream events and promotions on TikTok Shop.
β’ Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews across platforms, ensuring excellent customer service.
β’ Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in eCommerce and social commerce.
β’ Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging digital content, including product descriptions, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
β’ Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on content ideation and execution.
β’ Help track and analyze sales performance and customer engagement data, providing insights and recommendations.
Qualifications:
β’ Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
β’ Interest or prior coursework in eCommerce, digital marketing, or social media management.
β’ Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify and TikTok preferred, but not required.
β’ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
β’ Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.
β’ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
