Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in the Amazon ecosystem, digital shelf operations, and supply chain intelligence. This role will ensure our AI-driven platform translates complex operational workflows into intelligent, agent-driven solutions that enable contextual discoverability, supply chain synchronization, and measurable business impact. Responsibilities • Serve as the domain authority on Amazon logistics, supply chain operations, and digital shelf workflows. • Map and address challenges such as out-of-stock risks, chargebacks, buy box losses, and inbound delays. • Lead design of intelligent agents to capture real-time signals across inventory, availability, and logistics health. • Drive integration of supply chain signals with digital shelf, retail media, and conversion outcomes to enable holistic decision-making. • Provide expertise on Vendor Central, Seller Central, FBA, and related Amazon tools. • Partner with internal product, engineering, and client teams to align AI-powered capabilities with business needs. Success Profile • Recognized thought leader in Amazon and e-commerce supply chain strategy. • Proven ability to translate operational bottlenecks into scalable AI or analytics-driven solutions. • Comfortable navigating strategic and operational conversations with client stakeholders across supply chain, sales, and e-commerce. • Strong operator mindset — balancing innovation with execution excellence. Qualifications And Skills • 10+ years of experience working in/with Amazon (Vendor Central, Seller Central, FBA, logistics). • Expertise in replenishment, forecasting, OTIF, and chargeback management. • Strong knowledge of digital shelf analytics and its link to availability and conversion. • Experience in e-commerce analytics or digital commerce consulting preferred. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Pay The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Up to $234,000. In addition, for the current performance period, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Benefits As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.
