E-Commerce Manager £40,000 - £45,000 + 10% Bonus Full time - Permanent West London (Hybrid 3 day) My client is a premium beauty and wellness brand. They are looking for someone to maintain and optimise the performance of e-commerce platforms and lead the planning, execution, and performance analysis. Responsibilities • Oversee the day-to-day performance, functionality, and trading of the company’s websites and marketplace storefronts. • Manage the full workflow of product uploads, content updates, and promotional campaign launches across ecommerce platforms. • Lead the execution and performance tracking of ecommerce campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events using Shopify Plus. • Continuously optimise the customer journey and site UX by identifying friction points, improving navigation, and increasing conversion rates. • Own the visual merchandising strategy across digital storefronts to drive engagement, product visibility, and sales. • Develop and implement SEO strategies, ensuring product pages, metadata, and technical SEO are fully optimised. • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to monitor search performance, paid media insights, and digital analytics. • Oversee the content strategy and production for key website areas, including landing pages, collections, and product descriptions. • Manage website backend tasks such as setting up new products, promotions, and content using Shopify. • Analyse performance data from sales, SEO, and campaigns to generate actionable insights and inform marketing strategy. Requirements • Minimum 4 years of experience managing e-commerce websites, with a focus on platform performance, UX improvements, and conversion strategy. • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and managing listings across major online marketplaces such as Amazon. • Proficient in using SEO tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing software to drive data-backed decisions. • Familiarity with AI-powered tools for content creation, automation, or performance optimization. • Skilled in creating engaging, conversion-focused digital content, aligned with brand identity and optimized for web.
