Due to growth, the Ecommerce team is expanding and hiring for an Ecommerce Manager. 💼 The Role 💼 Reporting to the Head of DTC eCommerce, this is a pivotal role, taking ownership of the day-to-day trading and digital performance across our core branded websites - two of which are household names within their category. As Ecommerce Manager you will focus on... • Website performance metrics & optimisation (traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.) • UX improvements, promotional initiatives and content optimisation. • Collaborating with agencies on paid aderising & performance marketing. • Coordinate pricing strategies & daily/weekly reporting of sales performance. • Leading CRO & SEO strategies. 💰The Offer 💰 Package • Salary c.40k - DOE • Bonus & Benefits (enhanced pension, hols - the works!) • Flexible working - 2 or 3 days per week in the office - Based in Stoke-on-Trent.
